Caroline Miller earned her degree as an Opthtalmic Dispenser from the from Georgian College, where she graduated with honors and was a Registered Canadian Optician for over 20 years, for 10 of the years she served as the Chief Executive Officer and Registrar for the Ontario College of Opticians. In 2011, Caroline was named "Most Influential Women in Optical" by Vision Monday Magazine. Caroline also holds a Bachelor degree in Adult Education and currently resides in Tallahassee Florida. Do you have questions?

  • The course approved for CE Credits?

    Yes, all of the courses we present are approved for license renewal in Florida.

  • Are these Live Broadcast courses considered "Home Study" education?

    No, they are not considered "Home Study" courses, and they will count toward your CE requirements the same as if you attended the course in-person.

  • Can I ask the Instructor questions during the Live Broadcast education?

    Yes, you are encouraged to engage with the instructor and ask questions during and after the Live Broadcast. Questions can be asked by typing them in the provided text box or by “raising your hand” and when called on you are able to ask your question live from your computer or phone.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your plans. If something comes up and you have to cancel, you may do so anytime up to noon the day of the course. You will be able to use your credit for a future presentation.

  • Do I need to watch the entire Live Broadcast Education to receive credits?

    Yes, the live broadcast education must be watched in full during the time it is offered in order for you to engage and respond with the instructor(s) in order to receive credit. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may not be able to receive credits and you will be contacted our administrator to re-schedule.

  • What if I can only attend a portion of the Live Broadcast Education?

    You must maintain active engagement for at least 50 minutes of each hour in order to receive credit. Our monitoring software will record your response and level of engagement, if you are unable to attend or maintain your engagement during the required time of a course, you will need to contact the course administrator within 24 hours to re-schedule your attendance for a time when you are available.

  • How do I get my certificate?

    Immediately after completing the course, you will receive an email confirming your participation and attendance. your certificate of continuing education verifying your completion will be sent to you by email. Your Continuing Education Certificate will include:  The course title and identification number  The number of hours you completed  Our name and our sponsor identifying number  Verification by us of your attendance with the date and location of the course
